Devil Fruit: Kibo Kibo no Mi

Ability Description: The Wish Wish Fruit grants the user the abilities of a Genie. This most notably grants him the power to grant wishes, longevity, and the ability to transform into a Genie. As with any devil fruit there are limits, a single person (other than the user) is limited to 3 wishes. More wishes are unable to be wished for. The user must remain within distance of their lamp, or they will begin to tire and lose their wish granting abilities. The user is unable to wish someone back to life. The user is also unable to wish for someone to die, never been born, or otherwise erase their existence. The user is also unable to directly sway a persons heart. Any person directly holding or touching the users Lamp is granted the ability to have their wish granted with the user unable to decline. As with everything, there's always a chance for unforeseen outcomes to occur. This is especially true when it comes to granting wishes. But it must always be taken into account, granting wishes is no easy task.


It should also be noted that the users own wishes will never be as powerful as the wishes of others.


Progression:

Stage - 0 - At this stage, the users wishes are the only wishes able to be granted. Though, more often than not, they seem more coincidental than anything else. Though the chances of the wish being granted are very slim or useful. For instance, saying "I wish I had a 100 dollars" the user might stumble upon the bill, only to find it fake or ripped to pieces. The outcomes are always changing.



Stage - 1 - At this stage the user is still only able to grant their own wishes. The wishes granted seem far more unlikely than previous. As if all odds were in their favor... or not in their favor at all. The user is still unable to distinguish which wishes will be granted and which will not. Though when they do, it's important to remember that it's the little things that count in life.
They may also transform their arms at this time. While transformed, only the users has remain unchanged, while from the wrist upward turns into a ethereal smoke up till just below the shoulder. 


Stage - 2 - At this stage the user is clearly aware and capable of granting their own wishes, and very minor wishes of others. Unlike before, the user is able to get a sense for their granting capabilities. This allows them to determine the likelihood of a wish being granted. Granting their own wish fatigues the user, while grant someone elses greatly exhaust them.
Much like their arms, the user is able to transform their legs at this time as well. While transformed the users legs are replaced with a smokey tail. This allows the user to seemingly hover over most surfaces.


Stage - 3 - At this stage the user is able to grant their own simple wishes with no backlash. While greater wishes can still have unforeseen outcomes. The user is also able to transform their entire body into an ethereal smokey Genie form. In this form, their abilities are heightened and refined. This form can not be held for extended periods of time, and must remain within a certain distance of their lamp or risk having the transformation end unwillingly. Now able to grant most moderate wishes of others with only slight fatigue. They are also able to clearly tell if any unforeseen outcomes were to occur... though details are unknown.

Stage - 4 - At this stage the user has nearly complete control over their wish granting powers. With the ability to grant nearly any wish one could think of. As always, no wish comes without a price. More distance is allowed between the user and their lamp. It's now even possible to change the object in which their powers are bound to. Though this must be done using another persons wish.
