Devil Fruit: Nawa Nawa no Mi (Rope Rope Fruit)

Ability Description: The user can produce rope and transform their body into rope of great length, thickness, strength, and elasticity. Rope created using the powers of the Nawa Nawa no Mi is special in that it cannot be broken with brute force alone by someone of identical or lower Tier. Rope body parts can be extended to long distances and may be used to manipulate objects or create objects made of rope. Those who consumed the fruit can control normal rope from an even longer distance. Rope generated by the fruit is weak to fire and (initially) blades. Ice can be used to freeze then shatter the rope. Water is absorbed by the rope which causes it to shrink, thus decreasing its length. The user cannot swim and is susceptible to Sea-Prism Stone.
